Roles and Responsibility

Objective Role of Director of Sales is to drive Sales in Cloud Solutions (Consulting/Managed Services) Business in line with cloudmantra?s business strategy for Western India segment

Description Director of Sales drives complex key cases support, white space analysis, market sizing, sales push to markets, identify opportunities, leads, engage with customers, and deal closing with Customer Operations

Role And Responsibilities ? Customer Engagement incl. CxO level, Creation of Leads, Owner of Sales case; drive Services centric Sales ? Work closely with CEO/COO for Market specific practice strategy, providing sales expertise using value based selling and differentiation for very specific practice segments ? Funnel Development, tracking, reporting and taking corrective actions ? Identifying, developing opportunities in Enterprise and Tech segments ? Account level plans and strategies ? Upsell of allied services like Cloud Security etc. ? Responsible for driving Sales growth y-o-y in all markets

Key Skill and Capabilities ? Ability to position cloudmantra Services at CxO level engagements and drive value proposition.

? Knowledge in Cloud technologies with experience selling Software/Hardware/Cloud to Enterprises. Any experience with hybrid-cloud environments preferred with experience in AWS, Azure and other Cloud technologies ? Analytical and presentation skills ? Ability to lead and steer large bids, RFP response in collaboration with the Sr. Management and represent Service led cases with full responsibility ? Ability to develop multi-year sales strategies to expand footprint within large enterprise customers. ? Track record and confidence for closing large, enterprise deals that require working with and support from multiple customer constituents. ? Experience & Qualification ? BS/BE degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Electronics ? 7+ years? experience in IT Software/Hardware/Cloud Services Sales with overall 10+ years of IT experience ? Experience working directly with customers ? Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges ? Hand-on experience leading the Sales, business development and experience of winning large and complex deal ? Objective The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for making outbound calls, opportunity discovery and qualification. The SDR will be also be responsible for handling inbound leads and discerning the quality/value of those leads for further qualification by the Sales team

Role and Responsibilities ? Generate interest in Trigya?s software?s and products through outbound calls daily ? Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with Enterprise and medium sized companies and agencies by phone ? Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail- Develop relationships at all levels from CxO to IT teams ? Qualify and allocate leads for sales team ? Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota ? Develop and sustain knowledge of Trigya's offerings and associated technologies ? Data-entry and lead management of company records into CRM ? Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new business ? Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts

Key Skill and Capabilities

? Knowledge in Cloud technologies with experience selling Software product subscriptions to end customers. Any experience with cloud environments preferred with experience in AWS, Azure and other Cloud technologies ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, Great phone personality and phone voice ? Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques ? Negotiation & influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person in an organization ? High-energy and positive attitude ? Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work ? Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios ? Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired ? Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment ? Ability to work on Sales CRM and MS Office Products ? Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
