Roles and Responsibility

Profile ? Accountant

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Requirement

1. Experience of 2+ years accounting/finance experience

2. Experience in software services/manufacturing industry preferred

3. Strong understanding of accounting theory

4. Proficiency with Tally, MS Excel, ERP applications

Management & Interpersonal Skills:

1. Highly detail oriented and organized in work

2. Ability to meet assigned deadlines

3. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from Management

to accomplish objectives

4. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees,

Job Description

1. Primary responsibility is to verify all entries into Tally/ ERP

2. Prepare monthly all applicable tax reports from Tally and finalize monthly/quarterly/half

yearly tax returns (e.g. excise, vat, service tax, tds and etc)

3. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures

4. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded

appropriately on a monthly basis

5. Prepare monthly account reconciliations

6. Responsible for financial, tax and cost audits and Prepare Annual financial statements

and supporting schedules

7. Responsible for Bank liaison including submission of monthly/quarterly

8. Account and Finance Division keeps pace with the growth of the company

9. Complete other projects as assigned by Management

10. Addons:

? Prepare monthly costing/budget/cash flow/P&L statement

? Prepare Quarterly Balance Sheet for reporting to Directors
